Kapahulu Bible Church become a House of Prayer
We do this by:
-Encouraging growth in prayer for both
individual believers and as a corporate body.
-Providing opportunities for
believers to learn about prayer.
-Creating environments where people can
gather together to pray with one another.
What is a House of Prayer?
A House of Prayer is a church that believes in prayer as the foundation for all its work and ministry, and actively involves all of its members and adherents in its corporate prayer life. Prayer is seeking God and having His will be done in every ministry and activity of the church. As we pray for each ministry and prayer becomes a significant part of each ministry, we will do the works of God that have eternal value and consequence.
Why Pray?
Prayer is essential to our individual growing relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ. For through speaking and listening to His Word and His Spirit, we learn His heart and will for our lives and our church.

The Prayer Mobilization Team plans and hosts several prayer events throughout the year to bring believers together to pray for specific events that are happening in our church and community.
Prayer Education
Studies on prayer are held through periodically to provide opportunities for people to learn and grow in their personal and corporate prayer experiences.
General Intercessory Team
This is a group of men and women who have committed to praying for urgent prayer requests that are received at the church. These intercessors are contacted by phone or email as needed. A list of prayer requests and praises is published weekly and made available to anyone who has a heart to pray for individual needs.
